I feel so fortunate, honoured and passionate to be the Manager here at Shinfield View. I have worked in Health and Social Care for the past 10 years and have been here at Shinfield View for 3 years. Our residents are at the heart of everything that we do and I see everyone here as part of my extended family. I am very much looking forward to the new challenges and opportunities that this role will present and to continue working with our fantastic team!

It’s the little details that impress our visitors so much – the time that staff are able to devote to the residents, the amazing standard of the food that is available to everyone and most of all, the ‘calm professionalism’ of the team.

This is what reassures new residents when they arrive at the home and, in turn, their loved ones, making the transition so much easier for everyone. Once settled in, it is never long before a new resident feels able to call Shinfield View ‘home’.
